Tally & Measure explains elementary calculations. It is not a substitute for the original data, a contract, an official deadline notice, a product specification, or professional judgment.

Illustrative numbers

Worked examples and calculator defaults are illustrative. They do not represent current prices, tax rates, investment returns, customer outcomes, or quoted service costs. Calendar examples demonstrate counting conventions, not official deadlines.

Date conventions

Date calculations use a projected Gregorian calendar and date-only arithmetic. Weekday mode excludes Saturdays and Sundays only. It does not remove holidays or determine whether an organization is open. It does not calculate elapsed hours, local cutoffs, or historical calendar adoption.

Measurement conventions

Volume units are US customary liquid measures. Mass units are avoirdupois. The converter does not model density, measurement uncertainty, troy units, Imperial volume, or historical survey-foot systems. Temperature conversions are absolute readings rather than temperature differences.
