Editorial policy
How explanations are made
Each guide is organized around a particular calculation question and includes an illustrative example, a method, and limits. We distinguish mathematical identities from external factual claims. Official references are preferred for conversion factors and calendar conventions.
Source review
The source pages listed in Sources and methods were accessed on October 30, 2026 during implementation. This is a source-access date, not a claim of independent expert review or endorsement. No outside expert reviewer is claimed. Article update dates identify local editorial work.
Examples and calculations
Teaching numbers are labeled illustrative. Results should be reproducible from the displayed arithmetic. Tool defaults are not recommendations. Automated tests check selected normal cases, boundary cases, and invalid inputs; they cannot establish correctness for every possible use.
Corrections
A correction should preserve enough detail to reproduce the issue: page, inputs, mode, expected result, and reference. The operator must add a monitored contact channel before publication. No fictitious author profiles, credentials, testimonials, or review dates are used.
Commercial separation
There are no advertisements or affiliate relationships in this local version. If introduced later, commercial material must be clearly labeled and kept separate from calculations and editorial explanations. No advertising approval is claimed.
